Joe Klinker
Born and raised in the Boise, Idaho area; Joe Klinker began working construction in 1974. His career brought him across the United States, from Idaho to Arizona, Florida, Hawaii and back to Washington with many stops in between. Joe founded Olympic Ridge Inc., in 1990 with the goal of constructing custom houses with an acute attention for detail and perfection.
Scott Vlach
Scott Vlach is a Poulsbo native who graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1992 and immediately jumped into the construction industry. Scott’s passion and ability to build high quality custom homes is unmatched and has led to strong working relationships and respect from subcontractors and clients alike. Eric Edgren
Eric Edgren grew up in Poulsbo and left town in 2006 to study Mechanical Engineering at Montana State University. After graduating, he worked on commercial construction projects in Asia, Europe, and Africa before returning to Washington. Utilizing his technical and project management skills, he works with business development, accounting, and governing agencies to streamline the building process.
