“Excellent results: House was built 2014, with construction taking approximately 9 months to complete, start to occupancy, as per the original quote. Contractor provided design assistance as well as constructing the home. The sub contractors and Company employees executed the project on time and within budgetary parameters. High quality work on all aspects of the build: land grading and foundation, framing and construction, plumbing and electrical, HVAC, flooring, tile work, and finish carpentry and cabinets. Finishes were superb, with high quality materials and attention to detail. Job site was left spotless at the end of each day and relations with neighbors were very good. Good connections with local authorities in getting permits, inspections, local approvals, etc. Vendors used were excellent, customer friendly and of a high quality.
